Justin is the Founder and Owner of JBS Equipment, a highly successful agricultural equipment manufacturing company renowned for designing and producing some of the most technologically advanced spreaders, baggers, trailers, boxes, dump wagons, and flingers in the industry.

In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Justin is also an accomplished racer. He began his racing career at a young age, excelling in Junior Dragster. With a relentless drive and competitive spirit, he quickly advanced in the racing world and continues to push the limits of speed and innovation.

In 2014, Justin co-founded Molinari Bond Motorsports alongside Shane Molinari. The team quickly rose to prominence in the NHRA Pro Mod series, becoming one of the most successful and competitive teams in the sport. With Justin behind the wheel of a 1968 Pontiac Firebird, the team earned the nickname “The Mavericks” and swiftly transitioned from being “The Ones to Watch” to “The Top Contenders.”

Brad Personett, a nationally recognized Pro Mod Crew Chief, joined the team and played a crucial role in their rise to the top, helping the team finish the 2018 season as the #4 Pro Mod Car in the World.

At the close of 2018, Molinari Bond Motorsports decided to part ways to pursue different racing goals. Unfortunately, Justin’s 2019 season was cut short due to engine issues, but his talent didn’t go unnoticed. He was quickly recruited by the Bahrain 1 Racing Team, returning in 2020 with a new car. There, he showcased his exceptional skill, breaking multiple NHRA world records, and capturing his first Wally in 2020. He followed that up with additional victories, earning his second Wally in 2021, third in 2022, and fourth in 2023.

At the end of the 2024 season, Bahrain 1 Racing came to a close, marking the end of a successful chapter for the team. With the conclusion of their partnership, Justin and his team set out in search of a new primary sponsor. It didn’t take long for Al Anabi Racing, a powerhouse in the racing industry, to recognize the opportunity and step up to support the trio: Justin, Khalid, and Jordan. Al-Anabi Racing’s sponsorship brought fresh energy and resources to the team, setting the stage for an exciting new era in their racing journey for the 2025 season.
